Supply-only roof lanterns
Supply only is the simplest way to buy: we price and order the lantern to your size and spec, it is delivered to your site, and your builder or roofer fits it. It is the simplest way to get the lantern you want into a project that already has a builder.

Send your kerb size and we will reply with a fixed written quote.
In short: Delivered to you or your builder, ready for your own team to fit. Guide prices start from £1,295 including VAT, supply only.
How does supply only work?
Configure your lantern or send us your kerb size. We send a written quote with the fixed price, the range, the glass and colour details, the lead time and the delivery arrangements. Once you accept and pay as set out on the quote, we place the order and confirm the delivery date.
Delivery is usually to the kerbside on pallets. Large lanterns are heavy, so make sure enough people are available to unload and lift it, and check everything before signing if you can.
Who should fit it?
A competent builder, roofer or glazier who has fitted lanterns before. The lantern comes with the manufacturer's instructions. In existing homes, replacing a rooflight is building work that may need building control involvement, so ask your installer how they will deal with that.
What does supply only cost?
