Roof lantern installation
If you would rather not arrange your own installer, we can quote to fit the lantern too. Fitting is carried out by installers working under S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, which stays responsible for the work, and is quoted after we have seen photos or surveyed the roof.

Send your kerb size and we will reply with a fixed written quote.
In short: Optional fitting by installers working under S&K, quoted for your postcode. Fitting guide prices start from £545 including VAT, to fit a 1000 × 1500 mm lantern onto a ready upstand; the lantern itself is priced separately.
What does fitting include?
For a lantern on a ready upstand: lifting the lantern onto the roof, fixing it to the upstand to the manufacturer's instructions, glazing, sealing and checking it is weathertight. For a replacement: removing and disposing of the old lantern too. For a new opening in an existing roof: structural work, a new kerb and roofing, which always needs a survey.
Access equipment, such as a scaffold tower or edge protection, is priced on the survey if it is needed.
Where can you fit?
Send your postcode with your enquiry and we will confirm whether we have fitting cover for your area before quoting. Supply-only delivery covers mainland Britain regardless.
What does fitting cost?
As a guide, fitting a lantern onto a ready upstand starts from about £595 including VAT for a 1000 × 2000 mm lantern. Replacement and new openings cost more. Your quote confirms a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
