Who we are
For enquiries, quote requests, live chat and website analytics, the data controller is S&K Group Holdings Ltd, company number 16703925, Unit 1 Hembs Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG. Once you ask for a quote, place an order or book fitting, S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd (company number 16932889), which sells and supplies the lanterns, is the controller for the quote, order, delivery and job records. You do not have to give us your details, but we cannot quote without a way to reply. We do not sell your data or use it for automated decision-making. We do not send marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Tawk.to, which runs live chat, and Google, which runs Analytics if enabled.
- Meta, if you contact us on WhatsApp.
- Our email and IT providers.
- For orders: the lantern manufacturer and carrier (name, delivery address and contact number), and installers working under S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd if you book fitting.
- Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, ask for it to be transferred, and withdraw consent at any time (for cookies, use cookie settings). Email info@buyrooflanterns.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113, though we would like the chance to put things right first.
