Delivered on pallets across mainland Britain, with fitting quoted on request.
Where do you deliver?
Mainland England, Wales and Scotland as standard, with delivery priced for your postcode on your quote. The Scottish Highlands and islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland are by arrangement: we confirm the cost and date before you order. We cannot deliver to the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
How long does it take?
Typical lead times are 5–10 working days for stock sizes and 3–4 weeks for made-to-measure lanterns, plus delivery. Your quote gives the expected date, and we confirm the delivery day before it arrives.
What arrives, and how?
Lanterns arrive on one or more pallets, usually with the frame and the glass packed separately, delivered to the kerbside or driveway. Large lanterns are heavy, so make sure enough people are on hand to unload. The approximate weight is on your quote and in the configurator.
- Tell us in advance about narrow access, parking restrictions or a steep drive.
- Check the packaging and glass on delivery if you can. If you cannot, sign as unchecked.
- Photograph any damage and tell us the same day. Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
- Store glass upright on edge, on timber bearers, under cover and out of direct sun.
Fitting
If you would like the lantern fitted, we can quote for installers working under S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd to do it, where we have cover for your postcode. Fitting on a ready upstand can often be quoted from photos and measurements; replacements and new openings need a survey. The fixed price is confirmed in writing before any work starts. Access equipment is priced on survey if it is needed.

Returns and cancellations
Standard stock-size lanterns bought at a distance can normally be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-measure lanterns are made to your specification and cannot be cancelled once ordered from the factory. Full details are in our terms of sale. Your rights if goods are faulty are not affected.
