We sell roof lanterns, flat rooflights and upstands supply only, with optional fitting, to homeowners, builders and designers.
How do we work?
We do not ask you to guess. You can see guide prices for every size on this site and in the configurator. When you send us your kerb size and choices, we check them and reply with a written quote that names the manufacturer's range, the glass and frame details, the lead time, the delivery arrangements and the fixed price. Nothing is ordered until you accept that quote.
Where you want the lantern fitted, the work is carried out by installers working under S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, which remains responsible for it. We confirm whether we have fitting cover for your postcode before quoting.
What we will not do
- Publish made-up reviews or testimonials. Verified reviews will appear once customers have received their lanterns.
- Claim memberships, credentials or trade-body status we do not hold.
- Use countdown timers or false scarcity to rush a decision.
- Present computer-generated images as photographs of our own jobs.
