Questions from Omagh
Will I see a drawing before it is made?
For made-to-measure and special shapes, yes: the order is based on a drawing you approve, so the size you check is the size that gets made.
Can I return a bespoke lantern?
No. Goods made to your specification are excluded from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Your other legal rights, for example if the lantern is faulty, are not affected.
Do you deliver roof lanterns to Omagh?
Yes. Delivery to Omagh (BT78) is quoted for your exact postcode and confirmed in writing on your quote, together with the lead time.
Who checks building regulations for a lantern in Omagh?
Your district council's building control service. For a lantern in a new extension it forms part of the extension's approval; replacements in existing homes have their own rules.
