Questions from Enniskillen
Can I return a bespoke lantern?
No. Goods made to your specification are excluded from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Your other legal rights, for example if the lantern is faulty, are not affected.
How accurate do my measurements need to be?
Accurate to the millimetre on the outside of the kerb, measured at several points. Kerbs are rarely perfectly square, so measure both diagonals too. Our measuring guide shows how.
Who checks building regulations for a lantern in Enniskillen?
Your district council's building control service. For a lantern in a new extension it forms part of the extension's approval; replacements in existing homes have their own rules.
Do you deliver roof lanterns to Enniskillen?
Yes. Delivery to Enniskillen (BT74) is quoted for your exact postcode and confirmed in writing on your quote, together with the lead time.
