Questions from Coleraine
Can I return a bespoke lantern?
No. Goods made to your specification are excluded from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Your other legal rights, for example if the lantern is faulty, are not affected.
Do bespoke lanterns cost much more?
For simple rectangles the premium over a stock size is usually modest. Special shapes cost more because each one is engineered individually.
Do I need planning permission for a roof lantern in Coleraine?
Often not, but it depends on the roof, the property and whether it is listed or in a conservation area. Check with your district council before ordering.
How quickly can I get a roof lantern in Coleraine?
Stock sizes are typically ready in 5–10 working days, made-to-measure in 3–4 weeks, plus delivery. Your quote gives the date for BT51.
