Questions from Wishaw
Will anthracite get hot in the sun?
Dark frames absorb more heat than white, but lantern frames are designed for it. The bigger effect on room temperature is the glass, which is why solar-control glass matters on south-facing roofs.
Can the inside be a different grey?
Yes. Any combination is possible on most aluminium ranges; non-stock colours carry a small surcharge.
Who checks building regulations for a lantern in Wishaw?
Your local authority building standards (verifier) service. For a lantern in a new extension it forms part of the extension's approval; replacements in existing homes have their own rules.
How quickly can I get a roof lantern in Wishaw?
Stock sizes are typically ready in 5–10 working days, made-to-measure in 3–4 weeks, plus delivery. Your quote gives the date for ML2.
