Aluminium roof lanterns in County Tyrone: questions
Do aluminium lanterns get cold and drip?
Thermally broken frames are designed to reduce cold bridging. Condensation can still form if a room is very humid and poorly ventilated, which is why kitchens and bathrooms need extract ventilation.
Is aluminium recyclable?
Yes, aluminium can be recycled repeatedly. Ask your local waste site about the glass and seals, which are handled separately.
Will the colour fade?
Polyester powder coatings are designed for outdoor use and hold their colour well. Coastal sites benefit from occasional washing to remove salt deposits.
How quickly can I get a roof lantern in County Tyrone?
Stock sizes are typically ready in 5–10 working days, made-to-measure in 3–4 weeks, plus delivery. Your quote gives the date for County Tyrone.
